Ingredients for 4 people:

4 chicken legs (with skin)

10 cherry tomatoes

1/2 onion

1/2 tbsp of Magamila olive oil

1/2 tbsp of crushed chillies

2 cups of water

Salt, pepper and chives to taste

Preparation:

Place the chicken legs into a large and deep oven tray and mix all the other ingredients together with it. Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with the 2 cups of water and let it cook for 1 hour, or until crispy and golden. Add some salt, pepper, and chives as a final touch and it is ready to serve!
